Dare2Lead is a social enterprise dedicated to unlocking the leadership potential of people, organisations and communities. Our range of leadership training and motivational programmes are tailored to suit everybody, regardless of their ability or industry.

We are an authentic grassroots organisation that started off by educating local communities. Since then, we have developed a strong track record of high quality and high impact training outcomes for over 50 clients.

Our training focuses on three levels – skills and knowledge, attitudes and behaviours, and culture and values. Our ‘one size fails most’ ethos means we take the time to really develop a relationship with our clients. This totally bespoke approach ensures we understand your challenges and aspirations, creating a training programme that is truly yours.

In a Dare2Lead session, you can expect very participatory, interactive and dynamic agendas. Our sense of creativity and our aim to truly embed the learning means we don’t do training at you; we very much do it with you. Trainers focus on developing the skills and tools that participants can use long after they have left the training room. This ongoing learning mentality is reinforced by specially designed leadership handbooks and learning materials.

In partnership with a number of leadership academics, business figures, social sector experts and policymakers, Dare2Lead has developed a unique development model – Personal Authentic Leadership.

Across all our modules, self-awareness is the critical start point of our approach. We believe you must begin with the ‘inner person’ before moving on to the wider principles, practices and processes of effective leadership.
